Service was fast (a few till problems but sorted quickly! The hot chocolate was a bit disappointing as it just really had oreos on the top rather than oreo flavour. My friend asked for a glass for the water but was forgotten about and was a bit underwhelmed with her sundae. Overall a nice place to have a catch up, go for the waffles
came in today was really nice really enjoyed my waffel couldn't finish everything so the personal offered me a take-out box for later employees were really friendly was clean and nice atmosphere could come back in spite of coming back and recommend people to come here!
The food is tasty, but I wouldn't suggest going unless you are with non-vegan friends or if there are no other options available. The vegan portions are significantly smaller than the non-vegan ones, the milkshakes are watered down, and the prices are exorbitant.
first visit...at long last, after so many friends recommendations. ... and Creams didn't disappoint! the bubble pop waffles are huge be warned! takeaway/cakeaway available too. helpful and friendly staff. hopefully will be back Réservez une table maintenant
I'm glad they now have clear vegan options, I would like to see some milk free ice-cream options rather than just sorbet. The staff did seem to be having issues with the till but I can't hold them accountable for that.
We were delighted to win Cream's competition on Valentine's Day. We arranged with Alex to have our chosen menu delivered to our door as promised. It was a fantastic experience, thank you Alex and Cream's!
the service and the staff were very good when I went through the door. the waffel and smoothie I chose were served quickly and so puzzling. are exceptional, do not recommend to give them a visit.

"Ordered good at 5pm. Told an hour for delivery. Checked why it hadn't arrived at 6.45 to be told our order hadn't gone through till. It would be cooked and sent straight out. It's now 7.40 and still no food."
