i ordered 3 drinks and 2 slices of cake for £30 for delivery. first i was called after i placed my order and was greeted by a rude women over the phone saying i had to pick another slice of cake because they were out of stock, which is fine but came across very rude and said i had to choose something else and that i wasn’t allowed a refund. when the delivery did arrive i ordered 2 oreo milkshakes one large one regular and one large cookie crumble milkshake and they all were the same flavour and all came as the same size, so they sell 2 different milkshakes flavours when in reality they are the same. we then called them to say that all our drinks were the same size and same flavour and was ag...
... and while I can see his point, this is definitely one of the better ones. It certainly looks less trashy than most of them, and while of course still deliciously bad for you, most of the things on the menu look like something a person might conceivably manage to actually eat. At only 1.75 a cup they also do a very surprisingly reasonably priced coffee. I had a waffle, my partner had a cookie, and as a post-dessert-dessert we shared regret and cheesecake, all of which were very tasty.
The new owners have really elevated the dining experience at this restaurant by offering delicious hot meals and even Shisha. The updated seating and atmosphere are fantastic, and it's clear that they prioritize social distancing. Wishing them the best of luck in their new venture, whether it's a restaurant or a dessert parlour.
Beware on delivery service !! Ordered online via Facebook took my money via card then got a call to say they no longer deliver to my area and I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund . Plenty around my area and last time wasn’t as good as before oh well maybe they should make it clearer collection only

This restaurant is the best place for desserts. The portions are large and the chocolate is delicious. The staff is friendly and the decorations are nice. They also have a beautiful garden at the back, adding to the overall charm of the place.
We stopped here for dessert choices and we were not disappointed. Everything looks delicious, but we ended up with sundaes. They were a great value and the taste was the best we’ve found in the UK! We look forward to coming back.
The driveway is certainly fun to get through but there is plenty of parking around the back of the restaurant. If you want great desserts, then this place certainly delivers. Lovely options, all fresh and delicious.
We recently had an enjoyable evening at Creations, but we waited for about 10 minutes and there was no staff in sight. I tried calling them, but still no staff showed up. This was quite ridiculous.

This place was definitely worth a 4 mile walk. They have some amazing flavours that are heavenly. I went for strawberry cheesecake. It had chunks of biscuit and strawberries and tasted great.
Visited here late evening after doing an escape room nearby. Lovely place. Great, friendly service and the desserts are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble.
