Good evening, Despite a reservation for 8:30 p.m. and having arrived around 8:10 p.m., we waited more than 30 minutes. Our table was given to another group who was behind us. Despite this, no commercial gesture linked to this additional wait like a drink to bet or a discount on the bill (which we paid before eating, that's their principle). No smile, the restaurant manager, who is behind the bar, is cold and haughty, looking down on all the customers. A man at the checkout, of whom we wonder what his role is (while the cashing, which is done before eating, is not even done at this said checkout) and he is standing there doing nothing while the room is packed and everything is completely disorganized. At the end of our wait, we asked for a refund (without being able to eat). Not a word of apology. Really don't take any reservations if you don't know how to make and follow a seating plan. A disaster in the organization. Catering is a real profession, and it's not for everyone. Bravo for the incompetence and disorganization. I won't judge the food because we didn't dine in this cattle truck (and we won't go back).
