Creperie La Moriniere

Nous avons trouvé cet endroit par hasard et nous avions tous besoin de nourriture. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant, les galettes, les crêpes et les boissons étaient délicieuses. Trois d'entre nous ont choisi des plats salés et deux des plats sucrés. Nous avons laissé cinq assiettes vides (dont un bol de frites très bonnes). Nous avons tous les cinq (et le chien) apprécié notre déjeuner, et c'était un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

We saw on the window that the galettes were 100% buckwheat, so they would be gluten free. I ordered the paysanne, which was absolutely delicious. The edges of the crepe were crispy and the filling was generous with a wonderful mix of flavors. I had galettes two more times while visiting France, and this one was better by far. My brother ordered a cheese galette and was very happy with his also.

Looks like a husband and wife run this. The galettes are good, the crepes are good, and all very filling! The €10 menu is good value. No frills (and no mayonnaise, if you get chips and want some! . If we are in Coutances again, we will probably come back here. It is not necessarily very good, but it is better than average.

Had lunch here with a family of 6. We had the set menu which included a savoury crepe and a sweet crepe. Both were throughly enjoyed by all. Also really enjoyed a strong coffee which was nice and hot. We visit here every time we are in the area.

Super petite crêperie, c'est un service à deux hommes, sans chichis mais efficace et sympathique. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Manager flexible. Ils ont une chaise haute et un menu pour enfants.
