"We stopped at the drive through for iced tea after a soccer game and got some black tea and it tasted like dish soap, not tea. I went inside and exchanged them for green teas but unfortunately that tasted like soap as well. Maybe we will just stick to coffee here."

I came through the drive thru to order a coffee I had ordered the first time I went there that was really good. (Had a good first experience so I wanted to try it again) I tried to get that same coffee again. The guy told me cherry blossom cold foam is popular right now so I decided to try it on top of my cold brew. When I got to the window and tried it, I told him I wasn’t a fan and he didn’t try to do anything to help fix it. He just told me to have a good day. So I just spent money on a coffee I’m not even going to drink. Really was excited about getting Crimson cup this morning and left disappointed. Take this as you will. The Mexican corn stuffed bagel ball was awesome though. I also work in the service industry and I treat others the way I want to be treated. I also never make reviews.
Friendly staff- stopped in because they are on the Experience Cbus coffee trail- I will be back because of the staff, coffee and atmosphere! They have a similar set up to the big name Seattle company- but that is where the similarities end. The coffee is fresh and delicious, not pretentious and the staff doesn't make you use words that don't mean what they use them for!! The atmosphere is chill and even though it's a massively hot day today or felt cool inside. This is a drive to and meet a friend for coffee location! Really glad i discovered what everyone else already knows!
Not only does Crimson Cup have a diverse menu full of delectable drinks, but the service here makes this Crimson Cup location stand out from all other Columbus coffee shops! The staff is always friendly, approachable, and chatty. The drive-thru is also a convenient features that allows me to visit when I have my dog with me, and he approves of their pup cups ;
I keep trying this location because their seasonal drinks always sound awesome, but without fail, their espresso is bitter. I'm not sure if this is location specific or what, because I've been to several other cafes that serve Crimson Cup beans and they're always good.
