Came in this establishment for a to go order this past weekend. The person who took my order never made it a point to inform me that my meal comes with drinks. I realized my bag had none and returned to the establishment after leaving already to ask for a bag and was completely ignored. The individual working the late night weekend shift pretended as if I wasn?t present though he clearly heard and saw me as we were the only ones in the establishment at that moment. Food

I ordered 1/4 dark meat dinner with red beans and rice and salad the chicken tastes old and had the hint of wet puppies smell. I got black beans not red and that was bland and unsavory. I visited Crisp Juicy on July 14, 2022, around 11 PM. When I walked in, there was no greeting. I ordered BBQ wings, but they were just thrown into the deep fryer and then lightly coated with BBQ sauce. Honestly, they were awful. I also ordered a steak with green peppers on sub bread, but it came without any seasoning, which was just as disappointing.

The food at Crisp Juicy was mediocre. I ordered the manager's special, but the chicken was dry and the yuca fries were bland. I wouldn’t recommend returning here. Also, when paying by credit card, you have to use a touchscreen to place your order, as the staff won’t take it directly. The menu could definitely use some improvements.
The staff here are always friendly, courteous, and helpful! I never have to wait to pick up my order, and it's always accurate, delicious, and irresistible! Keep up the great work! Réservez une table maintenant
This restaurant is amazing! The chicken is absolutely the best I've ever tasted. The service was excellent, though I wish it were possible to leave a tip using a credit card.
