Bem na intersecção entre Forel-Lavaux, Oron e Bulle está este restaurante bem patriótico, pelo nome: a Cruz Helvética, seria a tradução mais adequada.Por fora parece só uma casa, mais um destes restaurantezinhos simpes - e o é, mas a comida é muito boa e não é surpresa ele estar sempre cheio!Recomendo o vasto cardápio de almoço, com várias opções de carnes e umas duas de peixe. Os pratos são servidos com uma porção de salada e um acompanhamento a escolher.O preço é bem justo, altamente recomendável!
Qualité-prix, je trouve bluffant. C'est la 3ème fois qui nous y allons et chque fois, il y a rien à dire sur le service, la qualité des plats (chauds et belle présentation) la viande est incroyablement tendre. Le menu 3 est exactement ce que j'aime, tomates mozzarella en entrée avec un pesto basilic sublime, filet de bœuf avec cuisson impeccable et super tendre, légumes de saison croquants et un Valaisan (glace abricot et abricotine) pour le dessert, je retourne demain ! Top classe.
Sur le retour pour rentrer à la maison, un petit arrêt dans un restaurant au bord de la route, parking à profusion, accueil très sympa et une carte a découvrir. Pizza au feu de bois et autre mets italiens au programme. Un arrêt s'impose pour les voyageurs de passage
