Boss very attentive warm impeccable hygiene this washes his hands very often. GSA's comment is totally defamatory in any fast food restaurant we put on gloves (even at McDonald's). But however this washes your hands before touching the ingredients. I work nearby so I have the opportunity to go there often I know what I'm talking about. Would not change a thing
