I dropped in for lunch and tried a Cuban sandwich along with a ham croquette. First off, the staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The food is made to order, so everything comes out hot and fresh! The Cuban sandwich was tasty, although a bit dry, possibly due to the pernil. A few extra pickles or some mustard might improve it! Other than that, it was perfectly made, especially the bread—delicious! I’m definitely planning to return and sample the ropa vieja sandwich. The croquette was delightful, and I look forward to exploring their other offerings!
Best cuban croquetas I have had since I came from Cuba. Definitely worth it to stop and check it out if you're coming back from a day of hiking and want some rewarding food. The owners are really nice and put a lot of effort on their flavors. The Havana croqueta was one of my favorites filled with ground meat and habanero. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
It was so good, we loved the homemade croquetas with cod, crab, and ham. Friendly talk with the owner, and we even had the chance to taste croquetas made of goyava that were kindly offer to us. The prices were a bit high, but the food was fairly good. Unfortunately, half of the croquettes were still cold in the center—perhaps they fried one type straight from the freezer? We only discovered this after walking at least a mile away. I won't be too critical, as they seem to be making an effort, and mistakes can happen to anyone.
