Cross Keys Country Pub

The staff were extremely helpful since my wife requires a gluten-free diet. The food was delicious, and the pub itself was lovely and clean. It's also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for us. Called in for Sunday lunch after a nice afternoon walk around Hamsterley Forest. Great service by staff and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area, even welcomed our dog. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Prawn salad sandwich, tuna salad sandwich were both really full and very fresh, scampi and chips were lovely with chunky chips, friendly staff and also dog friendly pub, cosy pub, great after a nice walk. Price per person: £10–20
