Step aside Philly, there's a new sheriff in town. I've had all the heavy hitters before. I've taken a a road trip just for a sandwich from Pat's or Genos. Now there's Crottys. This is the perfect spot in Westchester for anything craveable, hearty and cheesy. As soon as you walk in, youre going to see the menu stacked with insane combinations. They don't just have guilty pleasures either. They have tons of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. The staff gives you a warm and inviting greeting when you walk in and have the grill fired up and ready to go. I ordered the Nacho cheesesteak, chicken fingers, Mac n cheese, and the cheesecake bites. I could sit here all day and tell you how great...
The crispy stuffed potato was just okay; the broccoli was practically mushy, likely overcooked. The extra-large bowl of mac and cheese came in a 16oz soup container, but it wasn’t even filled to the top! It seemed more like 1 ¾ cups, which I find unacceptable, especially considering the $15.60 price tag. The mac and cheese itself tasted like it was made entirely with Velveeta cheese.
To top it all off, they forgot to include the seltzer drink. Altogether, this order cost me $50, and I won’t be ordering from them again.
Incredible! I really appreciate how customizable the menu is here—add mozzarella sticks, pickles, Doritos—you name it! The staff deserves all the praise, definitely 10 stars. Paul is especially great! The egg cream is delicious and perfect for takeout. The cheesesteak egg rolls were fantastic, and the cheesecake balls are to die for. Delicious cheesesteaks. Visited this place on a Sunday afternoon. The service was great and quick. My friend and I ordered traditional with pulled pork and grilled chicken. We also got fries ! Pulled pork delicious, tender and generous amount of meat. The bread was also super tasty. Grilled chicken also had generous amount of meat and nicely cook. French fries super crispy Definitely would visit again !

I was very disappointed with my experience. My sandwich was missing several ingredients, and it was bland and dry. I definitely didn’t feel like I got my money's worth. Additionally, the customer service was not up to standard, as you can see in the review below.
Do not know what is wrong with me but this was a terrible meal; drowned with melted cheese and I could not find the steak. Not the sandwich i remember from years back in Philadelphia.
The service is typically prompt and friendly. Prices can vary depending on your selection. The Philly cheesesteaks are quite tasty, and they don't skimp on the meat.
It was good, but not great! Good quality cheesesteak and great quality service. Oh and I loved the mini mozzarella cheese sticks! 5 Stars Will visit again!

The best cheesesteak you can find! The baked potato is also surprisingly underrated.
