Crown - Réservation de table

Although we did not stay at the hotel, we visited the bar which was a quiet and relaxing space in the midst of the busy areas of Seven Dials and Covent Garden in London. The location was excellent, and the cocktails and drinks were delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the cocktail menu was limited, and there was a lack of transparency in pricing when ordering custom drinks. The service was a good balance of attentive and discreet. Overall, although the cocktails were pricey, the staff made the experience enjoyable. The birthday macaroons were a nice touch.

Stay 8 days in the hotel, breakfast was good try different type each morning until complete the range request match and mix item like portabella, avocado,toast and they serve you without question. Staff all smile and polite, quick to notice guest need service. The conceige staff was very helpful too, each day I will go to them check about places to go, food to try and direction. We enjoy our staff though the rate is not cheap. The room is very spacious they make the room daily. Will stay there ago if visit because has explore the area and know how to move around without transport.

I arrived at the pub feeling extremely overheated after a hurried journey on a hot day. I asked the bartender, Esmeralda, if there was a nearby store where I could purchase women's body spray. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she generously offered me her own deodorant and perfume for a quick refresh, ensuring I felt fresh for the rest of my afternoon. This gesture of top-notch customer service and selflessness truly saved the day. Thank you, Esmeralda!

Use to like this pub. Now the staff are rude, all the lights turned on at 10:30 on a Friday night. Plastic glasses. Pub locked up and every one out, including the staff by 11 on the dot. Never felt less welcome in a pub in my life. Avoid Réservez une table maintenant

We had a wonderful experience at The Crown on Seven Dials, a charming pub! A big thank you to Sam for the great service! We will definitely be returning. The Guinness was also fantastic.

What a lovely place to relax and drink. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient and there is an excellent choice of drinks. Will definitely be back when we are next in London.

Filthy stinky toilets. Really rude staff apart from the blonde guy that was nice. For the amount of money that they must make I would expect cleaner place.
