Crown Scarborough By Compass Hospitality

When we first arrived at the Crown Spa Hotel in Scarborough we were surprised at how it looked. There was no parking to be found and glad we had taken a taxi to drop us off for the day. When we went in, we had prebooked a spa day with massages, afternoon tea and access to the facilities. We went to the desks and got directed down some stairs, and told where to get changed (group gender change areas with free lockers) and told the facilities were next to change area and would be collected when massage was ready. Lovely rooms with really nice baths can watch tv while having a shave haha pricey on food but staff are lovely and helpful when needed and also very friendly as soon as you step out you have a lovely sea view and nice stroll down to the beach rooms are cosy the swimming pool and hot pool amazing also the saunas is just like stepping of a flight in a warm country Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Quiet

Great located Hotel, rooms are good, practical and clean, very good mattress, exterior, bathroom and spa area are aged and could use an update. Rooms on 5th floor were extremely heated up and no way too cool them down as windows only open a bit. No breakfast on departure date as the hotel decided to start breakfast at 7:00 instead of 6:30 without notice Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5
