"Vertiz and Shakera made sure we were setup for success and on time for our tradeshow every day. Hotel well kept. Salt and Marrow restaurant good for breakfast and dinner. Shuttle added convenience to and from the premises I had not planned."

My wife and I planned a weekend for our 1st year Marriage anniversary. My wife wanted to be close to water for personal reasons. I choose this hotel because it did not require traveling and provided a king room river view. Once I arrived the room only allowed a back view of tthe river. As I walked thru lobby receptionist, Shakeia, asked if everything was okay. I explained I was disapppointed with our view. Shakeia not only gave us another room with a full view, she gave us a few more perks for our stay. Nyala was our Saturday morning receptionist and she was also extremely kind, professional, and displayed great customer service. Thank you Ladies for providing a great experience during our stay at the Crowne Plaza.
nyala greeted me at the reception and it was busy at the time on 10/4/22. nyala was also pleasant and patiently explained about garage parking, which was helpful to me and took the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions for my stay. I felt so welcome! the lobby was beautiful and the rest of the hotel. dach had a spectacular view of the river and the sunset. my room was nice and clean. I was sleeping well. I will definitely come back here
We came for a large business trip Jeannine S., the Director of Sales, worked diligently to ensure that everyone’s needs were met! She even stayed late with us to iron out any kinks with room arrangements for all of our personnel! The room and views are amazing ! I definitely enjoyed the restaurant located within the hotel! I will definitely be back !
this place has a great atmosphere! the personal is very friendly and welcoming. I felt like I've known her for years. they treated our service dog like their own dog. I'll stay here again when I get back to town. I recommend this hotel for your stay in augusta. room: 5/5
