I usually love Crumbl but their quality is terrible now and their website for feedback is broken. They sold me this S'Mores cookie that was dry and awful, we just threw it away. I asked why it was flatter and they told me those cookies are just turning out that way. I figured it was fine as long as it tasted the same. It did not. They knew it was wrong and sold it anyway. That should never have made it in front of a customer. The rest of the cookies weren't great either but that could have been my lingering disappointment from the first cookie. I regret going and regret leaving a tip they didn't deserve. What a terrible experience.
This was my first time visiting this particular location. The customer service was outstanding. She gave the best recommendations and was the most pleasant person ever. The cookie was amazing and everything I expected and more. Will definitely be coming back again.
