I will never use this company again until they contact me by phone. As a business owner of several businesses, including rental property, I would use Crumbl for clients of all of my businesses. They don't have a contact number to call them to even ask questions about any if their policies not being able to talk with someone is a large concern for me as some of my clients have complained to me about a finger/thumb impression in one of their cookies and the fact the box was not sealed by the thank you sticker as well as the personized label placed on the side of the box as opposed to the top of the 4-pack or 6-pack under their Crumbl Logo. I will be using CHIP instead. I have written the company thru their app on line but I suppose they really don't like criticism so haven't contacted me as of this writing and will leave this same review I on Yelp as well.
Cookies are great but the service is awful. Last 2 times we stopped in, we ordered ahead. First time we did curbside but didn 't get our cookies. Went inside when the app said hope you liked your cookies and had to argue that we 'd been outside waiting but never got our order. Tonight we went inside and were just ignored. The staff was busy but they weren 't talking to each other or helping each other out. Very obvious tension between them! When my order came up, she slammed the box down on the counter and walked away.
I've ordered delivery a few times and every time I do not get what I ordered. They don't call to ask about substitutions. And heaven forbid they pick up their phone. The only way to get a hold of them is going into the store to get any kind of customer service. Which really sucks because the cookies are good.
