Crumbs Sandwich - Réservation de table

I went to Crumbs exactly one week ago today and the service was terrible. Admittedly I walked in at quarter to three in the afternoon. There was a lady taking the tables in who I 've been served by before who is very nice. She was knocking the window outside trying to get someone 's attention to serve me. A short while later a younger girl came out to serve me. The first thing she said to me was 'YEAH? ' With a really off look on her face and a bad attitude. I said I was looking to get a roll. She said 'WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT IN IT? In the same manner. At this point I said 'thankyou very much ' and I left the shop. I was absolutely furious the way I had been spoken too. having frequently recently in the past whilst living nearer they were first class, we decided on a day trip to visit rather than go to tescos for a sandwich. Whilst 3 kids were quite nice egg mayo although was more like salad cream) and tuna mayo the 2 ham baguette salads were tasteless and just tasted of doughy bread : with loads of marg : sorry we were unable to eat them and the Mayo was missing too : sorry to moan but we were very disappointed the ham was tasteless and the cucumber was sliced so slightly and in a salad we prefer a crunchy piece. Just hope it was an off day

Today, I shall be mostly eating a Seafood Salad sandwich with pepper and rocket, and a minty lamb sandwich, both fresher than fresh and both at just ridiculously affordable prices. Why would anyone local go anywhere else for lunch. And if you're not local make the effort to get there. Best sarnie shop since the Castle Caff on Old Street. But that was the 1980s (the dark days before the interweb for the youngsters amongst us!

Best sandwiches and the range of fillings is fantastic and the staff are happy to make sandwiches to suit your taste. Fresh ingredients and delicious combinations of packed fillings make these the best in the area. Love their homemade soup – particularly courgette and brie. Owner and staff are always very cheerful, friendly and professional. They will also deliver and make up platters for that ‘business meeting’. Thank you. Réservez une table maintenant

I always stop here for lunch when I'm passing by. The baguettes are freshly baked and often still warm. The soup tends to sell out quickly, so make sure to arrive early. The tuna, cheese, and jalapeño mix is delicious...definitely worth a try. Prices are also reasonable.

The service at this restaurant is quick and friendly, with a wide variety of fillings available for sandwiches, rolls, or wraps. I personally enjoy the crabstick and bacon option, which sometimes receives amusing reactions or comments from others.

The panini's in here are superb and they are not tight on the fillings like most other places these days! A proper decent little gaff, the staff and owners are also very friendly and polite which is always a bonus!

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. They take simple ingredients and elevate them to another level. The menu changes regularly, so you won't have a boring second visit here. Réservez une table maintenant

This place is a very good sandwich bar with a good variety of choice, the staff are usually friendly, not always but that's probably down to the work load as they are always busy.
