Acouple of years ago this place was amazing. I would religiously order a chicken peri peri once a week as a cheat meal and it would be jampacked with goodness. Staff are friendly sure but it’s an absolute embarrassment to call what’s being served pizza. There’s minimal to no cheese and toppings which is appalling when you’re paying a premium $25-28) for a pizza. I'm ordered to leave last week. I just realized they had one here. So a few minutes later I decided to ask mama in law who was in the car when she wanted to eat inside instead of taking it away to whom she agreed. I have been ordering from this restaurant for several years now. The taste and quality have always been consistently great, but the delivery is slow. Our evening meal took 105 minutes to arrive when we selected the ASAP delivery option, which should have meant delivery within 60 minutes. They are usually late, but this time was especially long. We placed our order under the name Navneet on August 4th. We called the saved number and provided our feedback. As of August 22nd, we are happy to report that they have improved their service and we are returning the stars for their fast reaction and service. We have no complaints about the quality of the food, as it is always top-notch.
delicious pizza and friendly staff! we came at 12 o'clock on a Saturday. the restaurant was quiet and clean. the 3 employees were very helpful with our orders and answered questions. we ordered the $12.50 lunch specials in garlauch prawns, meat deluxe, vegetarian and I ordered the medium sea lamb in gluten-free, so my pizza was a little bigger. the pizzas were fresh, light and tasty. the gluten-free basic was amazing, light and crispy, better than dominoes. the additional cost $4) was not obvious on the Sitdown menu, which we received, however. overall, perfect lunch and would eat here again - if we live in the opposite. doh. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress with braces tried to overcharge me for my order, and when I asked for a $10 refund, she became racist and accused me of trying to get free food like others. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, even when I asked to speak to the manager instead. The manager eventually acknowledged the mistake and issued the refund. The waitress needs to learn proper manners and customer service skills. Good luck to anyone who eats here.
Placed an order online, came to pick up and they didn't even start the order. The docket didn't print apparently. I note 4 weeks ago another customer put in a review for the same issue. If your going to take online orders, make sure you have proper systems and processes so customers aren't waiting for an hour for $20 pizzas. Upon request they delivered which was good. The pizzas tasted good but was expecting large to be bigger in size.
Came here for lunch today. Customer service was average. Pizza was ok, came out hot, the base was nice. Only downside was the chicken was dry and there was too much bbq sauce it was dripping off. You offer dine in however there were no serviettes or bin inside, place could use a quick wipe down (windows, seats etc)
