I had ordered from here a few times during 2015. If you go and pick up the pizza, there don't seem to be as many problems. The pizza is ok.Not able to leave the house and with two young hungry children I decided to order pizza for delivery. Having had a bad day, I ordered ice cream too! Half and hour after the designated delivery time I rang the store enquiring where our pizza was. I was told it was about to leave the store. This was now 90 mins after I had placed the order. Order from Crust Gungahlin regularly & normally the food is ok, but not perfect every time (missing some extras that have been requested, Garlic Pizza cut like a pizza not into squares, Garlic Bread verginging on burnt), but enough is enough.Tonight we were missing requested Anchovies & Rosemary (Again !)so I phoned back to raise my concerns. We were Capers kids until we encountered a double payment that still hasn't been resolved - so we took our business to Crust instead. They have been consistently better especially with regards to flavoursome pizza. We've moved around the menu quite a bit and found them to be more than just one dish (unlike their competitors). Yes, it costs more than the usual run of the mill pizza chains, but that's because the folks at Crust are using what appears and tastes to be REAL ingredients.We have only ever ordered home delivery - which typically takes an hour from the point of sale (as outlined on the website), so we can always anticipate when dinner will be ready.
Not sure if this mob even reads their own Facebook page. In April we ordered pizza delivered from here because we had young kids to feed and it seemed like a good idea. After 45 minutes we rang the store and were told our pizzas were on their way. Another hour ticked by. Eventually a guy appeared with our cold pizzas. Because we ordered on line with a credit card there was no recourse, we had done our dough well and truly. Meanwhile the kids were off their trolleys. I posted an adverse comment on their Facebook page, I doubt they've bothered or could be bothered. Well I won't be bothered again, either.

This place is a failure! Two pizzas delivered $50 bucks and they took an hour and a half. And when they did arrive they were disgusting. The lamb pizza hardly had any lamb on it. What are people paying for. This place is a disgrace. I wish there were half stars because even a one star is too much for this place. We will never purchase from here again. Take your 50 bucks and spend it elsewhere this place doesn't deserve any money from anyone!!! Disgusting.
Paid $47 for two pizzas that took two and a half hours to be delivered, pizzas were cold and tasted awful. Rang store at 8pm to find out where our pizzas were and advised they had left, they must have had a lot of homes to deliver to or took the long route as we are only 5 minutes away. With service like this I don't think they will stay in business long, we will never order from Crust Gungahlin again.
I customised my order only to be disapointed with the luke warm pizza. The pizza was ordered with extra toppings only to arrive with what seems like a standard pizza. I'm happy to pay for the toppings but don't skimp on it. Either they new management or stop being so stingy. I used to be a fan of CRUST! Now, you have just lost yourself a customer!
Terrible pizza. Have ordered from there twice now and both times it took over an hour to deliver. Pizza was cold by that time. Crust in other location is good but certainly not in Gungahlin... Maybe if you picked it up it would be better?? Not sure...

Ordered from here as a change and whilst it was lovely, it was costly for something that is essentially pizza. I would order again but not as regular due to cost.
