I always make a point of ordering through a companies own website opposed to uber, or the like, so smaller businesses don’t get screwed with all those fees. Yes, it can take over an hour for your order to arrive on busy nights, but I find that the quality is worth the wait. Often, the food arrives sooner than expected.
What I appreciate most is their consideration for my situation. I live in an area with several dogs, some of which are rescues and tend to be reactive (including my own, who can be a flight risk). Many delivery drivers tend to ignore specific instructions about opening gates, but I’ve never had a problem with this restaurant. They consistently respect my requests. I really appreciate that!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Ordered a few pizzas over 2 hours ago and had to go in store to find out what happened! We called after an hour to find out what was happening understanding it was a Friday night. The employees kept lying saying that the “driver already had the order” and kept making other excuse every time we called to check in. After the constant lying and reaching the 2 hour mark we drove the store front to get more answers. Then refused to give us a refund. Customer service was horrendous. Do better.
The pizzas at this restaurant are decent, but I don't think they're worth the prices they're asking, especially when compared to higher-end pizza places. The peri peri chicken pizza ($23) was quite tasty, as was the truffle beef Rossini ($28). However, the crust could use some improvement—it reminded me of a basic Domino's pizza. You can often find better quality at many independent pizza restaurants for similar prices. Overall, I would rate this place around 3.7, possibly rounding it up to a 4. Best, @fooderarri.

Disgusting! Inedible! Ordered pasta carbonara .... meal appeared to have been stir fried in oil, pasta was burnt, black, dry and crusty and there was no sauce or cheese. If sauce and cheese had been included you would see it in the black bowl and it would also show on the burnt offerings. Contacted Manager. NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED. Appalling customer service. Ridiculously small serving.
Vegetarian pizza for $23, easily ordered online, took 20min to get ready, but for this price I expected a better quality, they used to put lots more veggies on their pizzas but this time it wasn’t much. Also it didn’t taste right. For this price you can get home made fresh dough pizza elsewhere. I’m planning to try this again on a quiet night and then I adjust my rating accordingly
Ordered Hoisin Duck and Meat Delux pizza. When we opened them we had a hard time telling which was which at first because there were so few toppings. These are basically just cheese and sauce. For the duck I requested no Coriander/cucumber/slaw but they also put no sesame seeds, chilli. It is just sauce, duck and cheese... Never again.
Canberra has several pizza places, but my favorite is this one in Braddon. Yes, I know it's near all the major hotels, but the staff, food quality, and service here are exceptional. No matter where I stay in Canberra, I always choose Braddon if I'm craving pizza. Keep up the great work!

The printer doesn’t work and always prints the wrong number on the receipt so it gets delivered to the neighbour. Pizza 8/10 times is cold and when asked for delivery guy to not knock he does. Could use so much improvement
We order the delivery via the website and the order arrived before expectation. Vegan pizza and herbal chicken were very nice. Will definitely order again.
