I am a crust customer of yours for many years I was in charge of planning organising a gender reveal event today. I placed my order 24hrs in andvance, payed for it also received a confirmation that it will be delivered at 12:45pm it never came. This completely ruined my event as no food was offered or delivered . It was extremely embarrassing and devastating everyone was hungry annoyed. I am extremely disappointed with the service as it ruined a big event for me and caused grave embarrassment. Your store called me back hours later only offering me a refund with no compensation a petty apology. No genuine sympathy no genuine compensation. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza on Friday, April 26th at 9:45pm. I ordered it in person and waited for it, but it was not freshly made and was only lukewarm at best. To make matters worse, it was not even the pizza I ordered. It seemed like they had just given me a pizza that was already sitting around. The quality of the toppings and dough was very poor, like eating cardboard. I only had one slice before throwing it out. I was too tired after a long day at work to go back for a refund. This experience has made me never want to visit this restaurant again. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1 out of 5.

Ordered Dominos for an easy Friday night dinner. Wow . Absolutely delicious. Quick delivery and when it arrived it was really hot, fresh and delicious. We tried the pan pizza , so good. Really very happy with the whole experience. Keep up the good work.
