I live in the neighbourhood and love to come to Crux for fresh food. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The food and smoothies are very fresh and the recipes are inventive. Tea, coffee and a paleo dessert while you Sit and enjoy the calm interior as you look out into the streets of old Montreal and watch the passerby’s exploring the area. The price is incredible for the amount of food !!!! Large Wrap , 2 salads and a pot of tea only for $13. The restaurants in the area should pay attention to people who live and work in old Montreal instead of charging the locals and tourists too much for very little. I love how much variety they offer and I always look forward to going there to try something new. that is, during my last visit, I noticed that the hired there cut my fertilizers (apple and banan) with their mere hands. she had beautiful long nails too. To be honest, I would feel more comfortable in these Kovid times when everything was treated with gloves. other than that, I have no complaining with the taste. it is always fresh and it is a healthy option to stop after a shopping talk at dix30!

this place is simply incredible! it has added so many choices of smoothies and açai dishes, all vegans. Beautiful breakfast go to as hot mice bowl with gluten-free options, fresh orange juice, fresh cold pressed juices without water or sugar. for lunch there are nice selection of salads and packs, all prepared in their kitchens. the energy ball, in particular the reese, is a must!

I tried the 3 days juice cleaning. the personal was friendly and explained to me how to clean up. I have been juiced with 18 bottles, with a large selection of sweet juices, from calale and spinach, to yellow beet and to leave blue spirulina! I followed the instritions and feel great. more excited, I sleep better and I think my body feels better after detoxing. Réservez une table maintenant

compteur brut qui offre beaucoup de choix pour la taille locale. Il y a environ dix sièges. On est allés avec mon fils, qui aimait le bol d'acai. mon conjoint qui n'est pas végétalien pour vraiment aimer l'emballage de poulet césar fait avec des merdes.

I only had my first acaicale here. the reason why I don't give 5 stars is because I had many Acai bullets in miami and toronto and it's really thick in the. the one I had today was very watery. my man also had a smoothie and felt that it was watery.

The owners and the entire staff are always super nice and know a lot about proper nutrition. The food is fresh, they have wide and interesting variety. Definitely recommended for healthy lunch or a snack on the go. Keep up the good work guys!
