This establishment has had to been worst customer service I have ever experienced. I absolutely love the food because it is authentic Cuban and I know because I’ve lived there. However, the level of customer service was so poor, I couldn’t even get a refill on water or other beverages which sucked so bad. This obviously effect the enjoyment of the food, so I had to save it for later. Hopefully next time I see my server more than twice.
Cute little place with a bar and all brightly decorated. Food was very good. I had a sort of tostones nachos with picadillo. It was so good, I ate it right up. The plantains were very good. Tres Leches cale for dessert was sweet and creamy. The star for me was my Caipirinha a cocktail made with cachaça, lime, and sugar. So refreshing on a hot summer day, absolutely wonderful.
Trash. Fires were a joke. Soggy and definitively not homemade. Accompanying garlic sauce made with processed garlic. The Cuban sandwich was soggy and one note. Plantains were ok. I ordered delivery so maybe the dine in experience is better. However, premade fries and processed garlic sauce isn’t acceptable.
As someone who’s been to Cuba and frequents Miami often, I’ve been chasing authentic Cuban for a long while, this was it! The bread, which so many “Cuban” restaurants can’t get right, was done wonderfully here. The cafecito cubano was perfect too! Réservez une table maintenant
