I am a person who takes pride in making their own rub, marinade, and brine. That said, this company clearly feels the same way. I have not had a product from this company that makes me think otherwise. Their seasonings are thoughtout, low in sodium, and complex. It allows me to add salt and pepper without having to worry about over seasoning. When you buy their product you are getting a high quality, artistic blend of herbs and spices without the weighted down salt content that so many rubs and marinates have. I will buy this brand from now on, exclusively,. Kudos to the hardworking people behind this brand, your effort isn't going unnoticed.
