My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant! We decided to make a detour on our way to pick up a friend at JFK airport to grab breakfast, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan and gluten-free options available. Both of us follow a vegan diet, and I also eat gluten-free, so finding options can be challenging. However, this restaurant had plenty to choose from. I enjoyed the Tofu cube, steamed broccoli, and Basmati rice, all of which were cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. I also had a delicious golden Mylk latte. My husband ordered the Sophie's Sampler and fries, which he said were the best he had ever tasted! The fries were a great deal at $5 and looked amaz...
If you haven't tried Claudette's yet, you're missing out! They offer a variety of healthy and delicious food options, as well as pastries. The healthy drinks, hummus, and other treats are wonderful. I make it a point to visit every Saturday just for their green drink! I give Claudette's a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. The staff members are fantastic, especially Ro! Don't forget to ask for her when you visit.
this must be the best vegan point I've had for a long time. cuisine by claudette on the beach 69th is the top of the line. High quality ingredients are used and the cook makes the best sauces ever. Who said eating healthy does not taste good? this place is great. I would give him a higher rating, but only allowed up to five stars. best wishes and great luck for this business.
I ordered this meal from the Too Good To Go app and it was definitely some of the freshest food I've had since coming here! The broccoli was incredibly fresh, the sweet potatoes were perfectly cooked, and the green beans were perfectly seasoned. It was the perfect way to end my night when craving a good vegetarian meal from Cuisine by Claudette.

The food was fantastic and satisfying. I ordered the cheddar, turkey bacon, and maple syrup sandwich with avocado, along with sweet potatoes and a cosmic cookie. I really wish this restaurant was closer to my home. The two people working behind the counter were very friendly. I can't wait to come back.
Awesome spot for a tasty healthy lunch! They have tons of gluten-free, vegan, and pescatarian options for everyone to enjoy. Great for a sit down meal or grab go. My grain-free salmon bowl was scrumptious. Totally recommend!
