My wife and I went here last Friday to the drive-through ... She ordered a fry and small concrete custard... I ordered a large custard and cheese curds... the fries were warm not hot, here small custard was liquidity. I got half the amount of curds I would normally receive, and instead of a cookie dough carmel all the carmal was on the bottom not mixed up... I went in to get my 20.37 back as it was a huge let down. The manager then gave me the cash back but I didn't notice until I was 2 miles away he gave me 19.37 back... I will never go back and suggest you don't either... their staff are only there for a paycheck with no care... and management can't do basic math... My wife wanted me to go...
Fantastic people running a good restaurant n good food. they do make mistakes I occasionally get a burger undercooked but most of the time their burgers are overcooked so I tell them to not cook well done and they put down TLC so it doesn't get burnt and and I am usually very happy with it. I order extra crispy fries Sometimes they come out and they're fries look under cooked n white and I just don't like white fries Great service great food tonight the only thing is way too salty french fries tonight I mentioned it to a manager I hopefully that's just a one-off thing
Visited for ice cream but ended up getting the new lemon ice coolers. I got the watermelon, my companion got the mango strawberry. She rated hers excellent, being a mango enthusiast. I rate mine good. I love sour lemon but this was a bit too sour as it gave me the sour-jaw twinge. I think a little more watermelon, a little less lemon ice and it would have been a 5 star. I did finish it, it was cool and refreshing. The ice grind was very soft, much softer than a slushy.
