I stopped by this restaurant after a long day of international travel, hoping for a quick and familiar meal so we could hit the road and head home. The staff were incredibly friendly and served our food promptly. It was freshly cooked and just as we ordered, making for a satisfying meal overall. However, I had some concerns after visiting the restroom. Although the toilet was clean, I noticed some fecal matter smeared on the wall that appeared to have been there for quite some time. When I returned to the table, my wife mentioned that she had to swat away a few ants that were trying to join our meal. First and foremost, I always pay attention to the restrooms, tables, and overall cleanliness. I’m not interested in dining at a place with dirty bathrooms, as I believe they reflect the hygiene standards in food preparation. This place is impressive; the tables are clean, the floor is spotless, and the bathroom is in good condition. They even have a monster truck show tonight! I will definitely return. The staff was friendly and professional too!
I'm genuinely impressed by Culver's. I had always considered it to be high-end fast food, which is why I never visited, as I'm quite frugal! However, after going a couple of times, I’m completely convinced. The staff is respectful, the facilities are clean, the food is delicious, and the menu is diverse. Culver's truly stands out!
The staff was slow and disorganized, seeming to prioritize their own conversations over serving customers. While there was a backup of five cars in the drive-thru, it felt like their focus was elsewhere. It seems they could benefit from better management, or perhaps a change in management altogether.

Not a great Culvers. Some very unprofessional employees including Carey. Always getting my food wrong and being combative. Go to the one on Dempster.
Not sure what the inside was like but drive-thru was quick even though Monday Night Raw was happening and there were a lot of ppl inside
