Culver's - Réserver une table

They are in trouble with Shake Shack opening right across the street. They make a good burger and the fries are good, but every time I go through the drive through it is total 20 minute ordeal with all the cars that have to pull forward after paying and wait for food to come out. The chicken place next door runs through about 15-20 cars in the time it takes me to get through. This is an issue If you get a custard. They usually give that to you right when you pay and they are never that cold to start with, but it is usually milk in a cup before you even get your food... waste of $5. Happens every time I go.

ordered our food and asked for 3 bbq.dip tassen for 2 orders of chicken breeders. but as usual they didn't give us what we wanted. I guess the next time they give me my food in a paper bag, I'll just put it on the tresor to make sure that I was given what I asked before I go. I think that they are on odds on purpose to save money, but they are likely to lose customers!

For the third time our order was wrong again. I need to find a simple double hamburger! My fathers 92 and liked the shake. When I wanted to complain, I was told what he had ordered and it was clearly not. He asked for everything on the burger. I can't be the only one who has problems. How do they stay in business? Once again frustrated and disappointed.

The employees here were awesome. We came here at 7:15 on July 4th and the walk in area was closed and dive we had no car walked through the drive through. They were kind enough to let us order even though they were about to close and let us inside instead of having to wait outside in the heat. A well deserved 5 stars

The food is consistently good, and the counter staff are well trained. Culver's does a good job of delivering a consistent positive experience.
