I visited this restaurant a few nights ago, arriving about 45 minutes before closing time. After placing my order and waiting a short while, I was informed that the grill was broken and would be fixed the following day, so they couldn’t serve the burgers that night. The staff was incredibly apologetic, offering me a refund and a substitute for the burgers, along with a meal voucher. With only a few minutes left before closing and a busy line of customers, the team handled the situation flawlessly. Their genuine concern, heartfelt apology, and strong work ethic, even at the end of their shift, have convinced me to return. Great job! I highly recommend this restaurant.
I would give this restaurant a rating of 4 because the food was decent. However, I had some issues. I waited in the drive-thru, but the line wasn’t moving at all (it was 100 degrees outside, and it’s not cheap to keep the car running), so I decided to go inside, hoping it would be faster. I stood there for almost 20 minutes while online orders and drive-thru orders were being filled before I finally asked how much longer it would be. They packed part of my order, threw the rest into the bag, and I ended up taking home half-warm food!
The food was mediocre—fully cooked and all, but the service was absolutely terrible. I went through the drive-thru and was met with someone yelling right away. She kept interrupting me as I tried to place my order, rudely asking, "Will that be all?" in a tone that was incredibly disrespectful. When I finally received my food, it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while—warm but not hot. I won't be returning.
Been going here a lot recently. A notch better than the more common burger places out there, tastes more like real food. Great options like fried fish, chili, roast beef sandwich, and epic cheese curds. Great customization options and haven't had a wrong order in last dozen or so I've placed. Fast, friendly staff, too.

The workers are amazing they are great, however my mom does this really annoying thing we she gets annoyed that she has to pull forward and then like doesn’t go forward in the drive through which is so annoying of her and i apologize for that
I absolutely love her cod sandwich, and I always ask for my fries to be extra crispy. Everything is made to order, ensuring that it’s fresh and served hot.
Everyone is so friendly here! The food is always good. Love how there's meals under 500 calories that actually fill you up!
