Culver's Restuarant

My daughter and I both ordered single scoops. I ordered flavor of the day and my 7 y/o daughter ordered choc with peanut butter cup. I let them know I had a coupon during my order. When we got to the window we were never asked for the coupon and the new guy was unsure when I offered the coupon at the window a girl came to the window to his assistance and she was so impeccably rude I just wanted to leave. The new guy gave us the custard. I offered to pay and she got more frustrated with us. I gave her my card and requested a receipt. Window closed and I was in disbelief at how I was just treated. Pulled ahead so I could pass back my daughters. And noticed in my flavor of the day hot fudge Car...

They somehow managed to lose my card in the drive through, giving it to the wrong person. Even though they only pay one person out at a time. Somehow managed to give me the wrong card completely, then lose my card. I went in to talk to the manager and the only thing they could do was tell me to cancel my card. It was after bank hours so lucky me got to spend 40 minutes on the phone with the bank canceling my card.

Very nice custard and the fries are always nice and mushy. The burgers are always too salty. I asked for less salt but apparently they have one seasoning shaker in back for all burgers. Their burgers would be good except I can't get it the way I like it. The cashier and staff were nice but very busy.

The food is not a good as it used to be. Used to taste more fresh a few years ago. This past year almost every time I order they get it wrong somehow. Even if it's forgetting to add pickles of the soup size I asked for. They used to be super accurate, not the case anymore. Réservez une table maintenant

Food is great and they're always spot on. Culver's is a good Christian company or at least the one here in Hudson Wisconsin is.

Culver's is good but a bit overpriced, thats why I don't go there often.
