Cumberland Village Bakery

We love Cumberland Bakery! A weekend tradition is to come from Courtenay with the kids, pick a treat at the bakery, and head to the nearby playground. My husband loves the donuts, the kids love the cookies and I usually choose a croissant - most recently the brie and banana pepper. Yum!We also recently tried a donut cake for a birthday. Something different from the traditional birthday cake - was enjoyed SO much! We loved it. Very fun idea.

No trip to Cumberland is right without ensuring a pit stop at this yummy bakery. The line up is all the convincing you need to know it's popular with locals and visitors alike - and always fresh. A nice little park beside it makes a great place to enjoy your treat and the sun. YUM

Oh where to start. Everything from this bakery is amazing. They are famous for their donuts, which are wonderful, but make sure you try their pizza, cream filled eclairs, meat pies, in other words try one of everything, you won't be disappointed

"The Donut". Has been a staple of any visit to Cumberland, they are perhaps the best donuts ever, except for the ones my mom used to make. The variety of goods offered has expanded, and it is truly a mindfield of offerings these days. Réservez une table maintenant

I stop by here just about every day. Usually for a doughnut but I've had the meat pies, stuffed croissants, And a pastry muffin shaped things with all sorts of good stuff in them. The staff is great and super helpful.

Glazed donut was pretty good but the croissants were even better! I even picked up a loaf of freshly baked bread which only had 5 ingredients and tasted

Every time we head to Comox we make our way to the bakery! It's hard to decide what to get but the donuts and jelly donuts are our favourite with coffee!

I buy my bread from there all the time. Reasonably priced and always fresh and delicious. Even the marked down stuff is fresh and lasts long. Réservez une table maintenant

Their multigrain bread is great. Not the fluffy stuff with sees scattered on top! Wide variety of sweets as well.
