Initially I was going to give an average rating, but because the staff were rude at the end, it soured the mood. So to start with, the food is over-priced. Over-priced can work if your food is great, but the food here is not good. These are some of the most mediocre curries I have eaten in a long time. They do a banquet deal, which I will admit is a good deal for what you get, and the portion sizes are good. One of the servers was practically inaudible. Service was a basic standard, which brings me to the next point. We had a gorgeous meal. Great range of dishes, both traditional and less common. The service was excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. Highly recommended.
Had to wait a hour and half for food to be served after order, very cold when arrived and meat in bhuna uneatable so unfortunately not happy.

The fish dishes are expensive £22 and not brilliant. The prawn dish had only 2 big butterflied prawns for £18. overall it was average.

Disappointed tonight because the food is normally very good. I had a lamb madras and the lamb was really overcooked and tough.
