I had previously enjoyed my visits to this restaurant, but this time was incredibly disappointing and slow. The young staff members seemed more interested in watching us than helping. A couple in front of us was struggling with the kiosk ordering, and a long line began to form behind us, all while the staff did nothing. Eventually, a different girl came over and took our order. Despite ordering before the kiosk customers, they received their meals first. Once our food was finally prepared, I discovered that everything was wrong when we got home. **Pros**: All the proteins are well-flavored and expertly cooked. I appreciate the variety of spice levels available, providing plenty of options. Overall, the meals are delicious and satisfying! **Cons**: At times, the portion composition can be off, with an excessive amount of cabbage and noodles and a meager serving of meat on top. This seems to vary depending on who is preparing the food. Additionally, I tried the Korean hotdog, but it wasn't cooked thoroughly, which made eating the raw dough quite unpleasant. It also used lower-quality hot dog meat, so I wouldn't order that again.
This is easily the worst location I've encountered! We keep hoping it will improve, but it’s not worth our time or the over $60 we spend there. If we’re not standing there making sure our orders are 100% correct, they’re always wrong, and the spice levels are never as requested. The chicken and Mandoo are consistently overcooked. This time, I tried the Krunch Bop Chicken for the first time, thinking a change might be nice, but it was extremely overdone. The Mandoo was old, burnt, and cold as well. I stood at the counter, ready to pay in cash, but was told to use the kiosk instead, with no assistance offered. The lack of customer service was evident as the staff chose to chat about tattoos rather than help anyone. To make matters worse, the place was dirty, with overflowing trash cans that forced people to start leaving their garbage on the floor.
