I visited this restaurant today, and I have to say the food was disappointing. I've been to the West Valley location several times, and the food there has always been great. However, at this location, my experience was not as good. I ordered a combo bop with Korean BBQ beef and BBQ chicken. Unfortunately, I received just three tiny pieces of chicken that were smaller than a typical chicken nugget, along with a questionable amount of beef. The chicken was hard and dried out. Additionally, I noticed that the potstickers were burnt on the sides from being kept in the holding pan for too long. I hope you have a better experience than I did. For now, I think I’ll stick to the West Valley location...
I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food considering the price. The Korean fried chicken had way too much breading, as you can see in my photos. It was surprising and unacceptable for over $10. In terms of presentation, I wish the sauce had been drizzled on the bowl more neatly, like it was on the corn dog. Having it just slopped on top made the dish look unappealing and it felt overly sauced. Additionally, everything was sweeter than I expected; the sauce on the bowl was sugary and the corn dog batter tasted like funnel cake. Of the meats I tried, the beef was the standout. If you decide to visit this location, I recommend trying the beef as a protein choice.
I absolutely love Cupbop! I've recently started working near the Fashion Place location, but I usually frequent the downtown spot. Every location I've visited has been fantastic. The staff at the Fashion Place branch have all been incredibly friendly and welcoming during my visits, and the food has never let me down. The portion sizes are just right for a satisfying meal without being too much. I've also noticed that the lobby is consistently clean and well-stocked. Having managed a busy downtown restaurant in the past, I truly appreciate the effort that goes into making sure the first impression for customers is a positive one. Thank you, everyone!
The food was disappointing. Everything seemed to be kept in warmers, and nothing was freshly made. The fried chicken was soggy from sitting too long, and the bowl was overloaded with mayo, making it inedible for my kids and me. The kitchen also appeared a bit dirty. I tried this place because it was featured on Shark Tank, but I regretted that decision right away. Interestingly, there wasn't a single Korean staff member, even in the kitchen. I wish it had been the food truck instead. On the bright side, the view was fantastic. Réservez une table maintenant
This location is terrible. I've never had a bad experience with CB before. My first order was cold, with stale and overcooked rice that was hard, and there was hardly any sauce. The Veggie Bop came with just two huge pieces of broccoli, and that was it. I requested a replacement order, and while it had more vegetables, they were overly cooked and just falling apart on the fork. It also looked like a Normandy blend instead of the usual zucchini and squash. I will never order from this location again, even if I go in person.
I just had lunch at Cupbop, and the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and efficient with my order. The lady at the register was also very pleasant. I didn't catch their names, but I will definitely be returning to this location. I wish I had taken a picture because my food looked fresh and beautiful. Food: 5/5
We ordered VeggieBop with extra rice, sauce level 1. As well as NoodleBop with sauce level 1. There was minimal rice in both. If we hadnt seen the little bit of sauce on the lid we would think they forgot the sauce completely, both meals were very dry. Réservez une table maintenant
