This is a nice little place, kind of out of the way. You 're able to take away or stay, though the seating is limited due to constraints of space. The music is usually neutral sounding and quite calm typically with an Asian (Japanese) theme, at least in my experiences there. My wife and I always make it a point to visit this restaurant every time we are in town. They have a wide selection of drinks with various flavors and supplements. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, offering recommendations when needed. While my wife sticks to her favorite drink, I like to try new things and the staff is always willing to assist with suggestions. I discovered Cuppacha while browsing the Deliveroo app in Sheffield and was pleasantly surprised to find it! I knew there was a bubble tea spot in the west area, but this was a great find.
I have visited this restaurant many times and I highly recommend the strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls – it's really tasty! The staff is also very polite and friendly.
