that's the worst thing I had everywhere in a really long time. start with the person who picks up order to enter the meal into the system. management must fix it. they said pfeffersoße came a cream based. it wasn't serious. the steak comes over with the sose or gravy. I know why, about half the steak was fat and strict. the uneven piece of meat should not be served. After talking to Mitch, who was extremely helpful and apologetic, he told the manager and advised no refund, but could give us a drink. No, that's not acceptable. Whilst Sonja thinks her tavern is the best it would pay her to pay some attention to her clients. A spattering of two prawns/a couple of mussels/a piece of squid and some flakes of fish and mostly Pasta for $33 is not what you would...call value for money. I'm a local so this establishment is an ideal walking distance from my home. Prior to lockdown the food service was fantastic. The quality of every meal was top level pub grub. The bar staff new how to serve (and could make cocktails with...asking what it was). Since re opening the food quality both in produce and cooking has gone down hill to point of being in some instances very average cooking quality. I know its hard to get good staff both for service or in the kitchen. May I suggest reducing the menu and concentrate on key pub grub food and retraining the front of house staff in how to treat customers. There are other option in Currambine/Burns Beach. Went here for a quick lunch before a movie and got there about 11.15, food couldn't be ordered until 11.30 am, which is ok. We ordered drinks and waited for the right time of 11.30am, then ordered food. We were the only customers at this...time in the restaurant, a few of the staff sat 2 tables away from us, even though the rest of the restaurant was bare. My shock was that they talked very loudly and used foul language and they were talking about previous customers! I thought it was a little rude to be doing it in front of other paying customers Otherwise the food was very tasty
Currambine has been a very good restaurant and bar for the 10 years I have lived here. I have noted that since opening the latest bar in Innalloo standards have dropped off in Currambine . It’s still ok, but some of the staff clearly did...not want to be working, one was downright rude, food while ok again not anything like it used to be when Sonia was there on a regular basis. I will be taking my money elsewhere in future.
Went for a family celebration and didn't disappoint. Staff very friendly and attentive. The place was very busy but despite this the service was very quick. The food was plentiful in portion size and the 5 different meals we ordered were all delicious.Well done Currambine Bar and Bistro.
we were looking forward to spending some hours here and were very disappointed that it was almost a non-event. it was great that they could order a carte food, but keeping wise a 30 second mode parade it was. no best dressed...men or weave or hat or something.

tavern ambiente is exceptional. I'm just eating. It's good. price expensive. some staff very friendly and welcoming, others need to go back to learn to be polite.
