We decided to try this place while here in the area for a while. I'm not familiar with Indian food in general apart from really basic things like chicken tandoori and samosas so I decided to try this place out with my family. I got the chicken tandoori rice bowl in mild. Sadly, it was still way too spicy for me so I wasn't able to eat much of it but it tasted good and was prepared nicely and was a decent portion size. My husband had the szechuan chicken rice bowl which he enjoyed but even as a spicy food lover, his was still pretty hot for him. The Cauliflower (Gobhi) fries are a must try! I really liked the food at Curry Kona. There are not many places in the bay area that have good Kathi rolls, but this place is definitely one of them. I think their take on the roll as a fast food Subway style item is a great idea. Their manager combo with 2 rolls for $10 is a great deal. They have a long list of toppings to choose from; i tried the schezwan paneer and paneer tikka. Will definitely stop by again next time i’m driving through Pleasanton.
Offers enormous variety for vegetarians and carnivores alike. We got a pizza that was really pleasant. The dough was soft and the cheese was very good. Mango Lassi was also very refreshing. The atmosphere itself is casual, nothing imagination, but approximate. The prices were reasonable, and you can really control what kind of meal you want, whether its salad package, a burrito or a rice dish.
A subway-like Indian lunch spot. Quick, grab-n-go spot that’s easy on the wallet too. I order lunch from here at least once a week. It’s a go-to lunch spot for many at my work as well. Recommend the paneer tikka wrap and chicken wraps. The Channa wrap is also a hit among my colleagues although I have not ordered them.

This place is soooo good! Masala-Fries are a must and the manager special on Kathi Rolls is my way to! Try this place! All different sauces are especially the Tamarinde and the Chutney as well as the orange and green sauces. This is my third visit this week.
An interesting combination of Indian food offered chipotle-mexican style (with more options like kathi roll). Rice bowl with chole was great and so was the kachori Chaat. Definitely worth a shot.
The restaurant offers a diverse selection of paneer and tofu dishes with great flavors. If you're looking for a healthier option, consider choosing a salad or a salad bowl over the Kaathi rolls.
Kathi roll is good for your fillings. I had Masala and Chicken 6(c, both good, side of the little Samosa... decent enough food, but $21 with a. A decent dinner...

Great food and good price. Try the Kathi role it was very good. Also the staff is nice enough to try the curry.
Super friendly and welcoming staff. I had the lamb dish and would definitely come back to try more options!
