Terrible experience last night with curry queen. I tried to place an order on delivery several times but each time got an error and the app wouldn't let me place the order. So gave up and phoned curry queen instead. The girl on the phone was clearly new and was hopeless. I had no faith that she had got the order right. Tried to pay by card over the phone and they bluntly told me they'd phone me back because they needed the line free to do the transaction. 10 mins later no phone call so I wondered if the girl had taken my phone number down wrong. only take. parking is available directly, so very accessible. not expensive, good value for money, and above all tastes great! They will make sure they give them a 100% vegan meal, with oil instead of butter to cook certain dishes. sharp* as eating is freshly cooked to order, call them ahead to order before they collect. I have eaten so often from here and never had a bad surprise! try it, they will not be disappointed!
Used this place a number of times and was always good. This time however, the food arrived early which was good but unfortunately the only good thing. What we got was different to what we ordered, was luke warm at best and was just not very nice. I hope the people that got what we ordered enjoyed it but I will not be using this place again. Rubbish.
Ordered here before and it wasn't too bad... but this time was awful. My order took 1hr 30m to arrive. Curry had leaked in the bag all over everything. Chicken Pakoras were rock hard and disgusting, the chicken didn't seem fresh at all. Also, last time I was given a container of rice twice as big. Really Disappointed. Réservez une table maintenant
we had delivered the most amazing curry last night. ordered for 6 o'clock and asked for 7:30 o'clock. gentleman who took the order was nice and emily delivered, was very friendly and came before 7:30. about eating. one of the best curries I've ever tried. will definitely be ordered again. Thank you.
Ordered first takeaway since lockdown! Always looked forward to it, now they have changed everything!! There was no spice in anything! Onion bhaji were crisp but tasteless, chicken massala and korma also no spice at all!! Naan bread was thick and undercooked!! Will go elsewhere next time.
