This is exactly what has been missing from our area. I really enjoyed the food from here. I love that it's mild and not greasy or too mirchi. It really tastes like home. The Chipotle business model is tried and true and works perfectly for Indian food. I think it is priced perfectly for repeat purchases. The mother/son team who run the restaurant are a delight; and their comforting smiles are exactly what you want to see after a long day at work : All in all I will be coming back here a lot. I wish them much success!
This restaurant serves large portions of food in a bowl. The quantity of curry is not as generous as expected, as they only spread it on top. The flavor is good, but it's not really a curry overload. The serving size is big mainly because of the rice included. The price is reasonable at $9 per bowl. The store is small, yet clean. Customers can customize their order similar to Chipotle or Panda Express. It's important to note that additional curry comes at an extra cost.
I recently got takeout from Curry Tub and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was impeccably clean, making me almost feel guilty throwing away my trash. The food was really homestyle, reminiscent of what I used to eat in India growing up in Delhi. I could tell the food was authentic. The concept is similar to Chipotle, but the food is much better. I highly recommend checking this place out and I will definitely be returning.
Absolute gem of a place across from Short Hills train station. Casual eat in spot or take away food is always beautifully spiced and don't forget to try the garlic naan and mango lassi!! Delicious! Service is always friendly as well. A definite go to for Indian food in the area.

Great cozy place, with nice and clean modern decorations, it is kinda open buffet but in fast food style. It isn't very typically traditional Indian but still the food taste good, reasonable price, the owner very nice to costumers, we got free coffee after the meal.
The food is amazing! If you haven't tried it yet, I think it's time to visit or place an order for delivery. If you want two or more of your favorite items, it's only $1 extra for each item. How great is that? You will definitely be satisfied!
Great place in Short Hills, wasn’t too busy when we arrived. Lots of options, all are delicious and pretty good Indian flavors. Try the Saag Paneer and Curry Tub curry sauce.
The best Indian in the Summit/Short Hills Area. Quick, Not too Pricey and so filling. Excellent!
