Cuttlefish Cafe

Poor processed and frozen food at expensive price. Service was poor. Meals took a long time to come out and came out at diffetent times. Couldn't quite believe this level of poor service and poor food quality exists. Fried kids meals palatable. Coffee ok. Watched the chef pour frozen prawns from a packet into cooking. Fish was rubberised. The vegetarian in the group was served a ham pizza. Great location and building. This location deserves much better. Went here because Coopers was booked out. Should have stayed away. Will not return.

English big breakfast for me and Eggs Benedict for my wife, a couple of coffees and we are talking $50.00. Wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't asked for tomato sauce and they wanted to charge me an extra 40 cents! It's clearly not about the money, but I just turned 60 and this is the first time I've paid full freight for a seated breakfast and been asked to pay for simple condiments! There is too much competition on the waterfront, I won't ever be back to this place. BTW, the food was just average...

Visited here with family after a walk along the Wynnum Manly seafront. Food was great (we tried the fish & chips and the burger meals). Disappointing that the children were served last and sauces were served in single use plastic containers. Having the toilets outside with access via a key was ok but would be a problem if you were by yourself with young kids

With so many restaurants to choose from in this area, you would think they were all up to scratch!!! Not so with this one. We were so disappointed. Frozen seafood that was tasteless. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of other choices.

Just a drop in gem of a find. Everywhere else was busy and cuttlefish had spare tables. Glad we did the food was wonderful and there was soooo much of it. And all good value, fair priced and good quality.
