Cuzco has never consistently disappointed good food and excellent service. Many have the ambience a very nice and comfortable setting a nice recite for a relaxed dinner if you are inward from the high energy of Parque 93 on a weekend night. Food is delicious and I will work my way through the menu as time and travel permit. My last dinner in Cuzo was a Friday December evening last year (2019). I chose a large mixed fish grill that was delicious. There was also easy listening to live music with a trio and we stayed for a dinner drink to enjoy the mood. GREAT starts a perfect evening in Bogotá
Realmente es un restaurante muy malo, los meseros no tienen idea de lo que están haciendo son mal hablados y discuten entre ellos en presencia de clientes. No saben recomendar , no pueden explicar al comensal de que se trata cada plato . los pedidos son exageradamente demorados y bastante costosos pero no es compensada por el sabor. se devolvieron dos cazuelas de mariscos porque estaban amargas muy posiblemente por que las dejaron quemar y no tuvieron ningún recato en cobrarlas. El Maitre? esa palabra no la conocen. El restaurante es un caos.
after 2 visits in the last 2 months I concluded that this restaurant is extremely expensive and does not provide the food expected. I ordered a fish with creamy yellow aji sauce the first time and Lomito Saltado the second visit. The final conclusion is that they provide a tiny protein disguised with tons of potatoes, tomatoes, onion, and other ingredients to reach a decent size of the main dish to charge an astronomical amount and obtain huge profits.
Excellent selection of dishes in the best Peruvian style! From Ceviches to all fish dishes. Very good Pisco sour drinks. The atmosphere is beautiful and the place has quite an interesting decoration.
