Es un lujo que la ciudad de Sagunto posea dos restaurantes con estrella Michelin. Cyrus Dad es un restaurante altamente recomendable. No defraudará. La cocina nos ofrece una degustación impecable (en nuestro caso el menú más largo), donde se nota el esfuerzo por presentar un abanico de sabores equilibrados y, sin duda, elaborados con mimo y dedicación. Un fuerte aplauso y larga vida a Cyrus Dad por su bien y por los clientes.

El chef Víctor Aliaga es un crack. El menú calidad-precio es top. Producto de primera calidad. Quien haga una parada por esta zona recomiendo disfrutar de sus platos. Llegará a tener la estrella, tiene todo el futuro por delante. Recuerdos de la familia rivera de Aranjuez!!!

Muy buena experiencia, de menos a más cada plato del menú memoria con maridaje. Destaco el arroz meloso de cordoniz y el cochinillo… y el postre! Repetiremos sin duda. La chica que nos atendió toda la comida, otro 10.
