This restaurant looked a little fancy when we first walked in, but we found the prices very reasonable. They have a lot on their italian menu of mostly pastas, meats, and pizzas. For those that cannot speak German, the staff spoke english and most of the menu is very straight forward. The restaurant itself is very small. This would not be good for large groups. The staff were all very friendly. The food was a little slow getting to the table, but i am assuming the kitchen is pretty small based on the restaurant. We saw a lot of people come in for take away pizza.We actually came here because we were visiting Burg Frankenstein which is maybe 10 minutes away. If you are making a day trip to visit Frankenstein, this is a good place for dinner.
This is a secret - a family run restaurant hidden in the Market square in Eberstadt (a small village next to Darmstadt). Absolutely Excellent Service - Great Food - and very good prices.Nice ambience and you can sit outside in the spring / summer.Highly recommended - don't bother with the menu - select something off the daily specials - Also great for Lunch (they have a 3 course special with many choices for less than €10 as well as Dinner.
C'est un secret un restaurant familial caché sur la place du marché à Eberstadt, un petit village à côté de Darmstadt. Service absolument excellent Super nourriture et très bons prix. Ambiance agréable et vous pouvez vous asseoir à l'extérieur au printemps été .... Hautement recommandé, ne vous embêtez pas avec le menu, choisissez quelque chose en dehors des plats du jour.
