Da Pino Frohheim - Réserver une table

Bei unserem Besuch im Frohheim fiel mir als erstes auf - wir sind bei einem echten Italiener! Alle hier begrüssen einem auf italienisch und das in Murten. Wir nahmen das Menu Goloso, also den Viergänger. Vor dem Amuse-Gueule, einem Selleriesüppchen, gab es als Aufmerksamkeit schon mal Focaccia. Der erste Gang war ein Fischtrio aus dem Meer an einer Fenchel-Caponata. Weiter ging es mit Trofiette an Sizilianischem Pesto. Als Hauptgang kam dann unser Lamm-Entrecôte mit Kartoffel-Ratatouille und als Nachspeise schliesslich noch ein Himbeere-Millefeuille. torn and unprofessional: to eat I wanted to order a 1⁄2 liter of open local chasselas wein. the served daughter came back and let me know that this weeping out. from two recommended I chose a sauvignon blanc. the wine was served in a bottled glass wine crust. I was then surprised by the high price of 47.50. too expensive for an open wein. if it had been a bottle quality, the wine would have been filling me in the glass wine crust at the table, and should be served for pre-cost. this was not the case. Conclusion: unprofessional service and extremely excessive price for an open wine.

Durch Geschäftspartner hatte ich das Vergnügen dieses Restaurant kennen lernen zu dürfen. Die Qualität der Speisen war auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Zur Mittagszeit gibt es auch die Möglichkeit den Business Launch zu bestellen. Dieser ist ein 3-gängiges Menü welches täglich wechselt. Bitte danach fragen, es lohnt sich. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Wein Auswahl ist sehr üppig.

Ich war zum kurzen Mittagessen im Frohheim. Das Mittagsmenü war schnell serviert und sehr gut. Ein guter Einstieg in die, so vermute ich, sehr gute italienische Küche des Frohheim. Die Preise für das Abendessen habe ich kurz angeschaut, sie schienen mir recht hoch, vermutlich aber der guten Qualität angemessen.

Pino ist ein charmanter Gastgeber und bietet eine tolle Auswahl mediterraner Küche seiner Heimat! Alles fatto a Casa! Besonders zu erwähnen ist der exklusive Weinkeller mit edlen Schätzen aus ganz Italien und auch der Schweiz (Tessin)! Toller Garten - absolut zu empfehlen und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal!

very disappointing dinner, so-called Italian cuisine not in the height: even the basic Italian kitchen not there: pasta overboiled and low quality! service very slow, only the desert was tasty and how to house helped to compensate the catastrophe evening, far overpriced

This is our favourite restaurant in Murten. Although a bit expensive, the food is always top quality. The menus over the year and plate presentations are not very innovative. But if you like real good Italian cuisine, this is the place to come in Murten.
