Da Vittorio - Réserver une table

Unfortunately the dinner at Da Vittorio in St. Moritz was a disappointing experience. Service: unprofessional and slow, did not get the orders right, did not explain the dishes in detail, plates were not heated enough, Food: some starter such as Fish Salad excellent but this...is not just a fish salad but has also shrimp, thus not suited for everyone, Crudo di pesce very good as well, the famous paccheri (not al dente) were served in too much tomato/Parmesan sauce, almost a soup, the Spaghettone with little taste and some thin slices of raw squid which were not mentioned while ordering, turbot with too much creamy sauce (not very Italian), the deer for was nice but unfortunately the crust in which it was cooked was not served for tasting it, Drinks: cocktails: too much waiting time and the amuse bouche that should go with it came late, digestive: some were not available although on the list and no alternative was suggested, Wine: good advise by the sommelier although he firstly recommended a wine priced at All in all we wouldn’t go back and do not recommend this high priced restaurant for dinner.

We went to this beautiful restaurant for dinner. The chef, CereBand the staff made sure that we had an extraordinary time in there. The chef asked us the day before what we would like to eat. We said classic Italian, but did he lived up...to that? OH YES! Safran risotto, veal Milanese, tiramisu, you name it. Service was also absolutely perfect. Thank you so much. This restaurant is for sure one of the best Italian restaurants in the world.

Recently had dinner at Da Vittorio in the Carlton hotel in St. Moritz. It was an incredible experience for the eyes and our mouths. The food was a beautiful and artistic presentation. We savored each morsel. If you enjoy fine wine the wine list was...to die for. The menu is pricey but the dining experience was worth every dime. To match the food and ambiance was the professional friendly staff.

Stayed for a short period but had an unforgettable dinner Arcturus restaurant. Fine dining but yet not overly formal. Food was unbelievable. Must have the Pacheri Pasta

This is one of the best Italian place I’ve been too! Beef Tartar, Eggs, Eggs Caviar, their special pasta with types tomatoes sauce are a must. Service is impeccable.
