I crossed your page scrolling Google and remembered good memories of doing business with you guys during my time at the Nutmeg International parts department. You were valued customers, and I always looked forward to helping you source parts whenever you were in need. It was also a refreshing benefit because the young lady (I apologize for not remembering it currently, that was around 6 or 7 years ago haha) was cordial and personable with the more business we did together. Hopefully, business has been steady and good for you, and I hope things are well. You've made your business easy to recommend and left a great impression on me.

My car needed a new motor for my AC/heater fan they did an ok job. My only complaint is that they were not honest with my about when my car was going to be done. I totally understand when complications arise. However be honest with the customer about when the car will be done. They say they are open til 5:30 however mechanics are only there until 5:00pm. They are there til 5:30pm for pickup. I do not like having to get upset but thankfully they did complete my car so I could pickup my car and didn't have to cancel all my appointments.

After having a conversation on the phone that my truck would be store inside over night, I brought my truck here and was told it wouldn’t be inside overnight and if the catalytic converter was stolen they wouldn’t be responsible. They don’t have proper security, I would suggest bringing your car elsewhere
