I've been a loyal customer at Dagwood's for many years since I live close by, and I've always enjoyed their food. However, this specific location seems to have some problems. The prices keep rising, and the quality of the meat has gone down. Now, the sandwiches mostly just taste like bread. Moreover, I've repeatedly encountered brown lettuce during my visits over the past year. It used to be much better. I would recommend trying other locations instead.
Since the ownership change a few years back, this restaurant has really gone downhill. Both the quality and quantity of the food have dropped significantly, prompting me to seek out other places for my Dagwood sandwiches, even though this one is the closest to my home. It's disappointing because I believe there’s potential for improvement; it just feels like there’s not enough effort being made.
I've been a fan of Dagwood sandwiches since they first opened in Pierrefonds in the early '90s. I've tried them at most of their locations. Unfortunately, the Kirkland branch offers very little meat in their sandwiches—it's mostly just lettuce, bread, and sauce! I've noticed a decline in quality over the past few years.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly, provided great suggestions, and were generous with the toppings. The bread and ingredients were fresh, and the place was clean and well-organized. Even though we went during non-peak hours, there was a consistent flow of customers. Réservez une table maintenant

Today, I ordered a sandwich and noticed that the lettuce appeared white. I asked the staff whether it was lettuce or cabbage, and they assured me it was indeed lettuce. However, when I opened my sandwich to take a closer look, I found that it was actually raw shredded cabbage.
