The most unorganised event I've ever been too. £25 for 3 course Christmas menu but very average food. Didn't help that they weren't prepared for our table of 6 even though we'd paid upfront and handed in our menu choices months ago! My friend had no potatoes on her meal and they said they'd run out! Soup was luke warm-all crockery was cold and cutlery dirty. We had to ask for meals to be re heated. Well where do I start ! I have never been to anywhere so disgraceful in all my life ! Place was cold , cutlery was dirty , food was cold , potatoes were missing off my dinner and when I mentioned it they said they had run out ! So I never got any . They had no soda water , no lemonade, after a glass of diet Coke they had run out of that too ! A friend I was with wanted to buy a bottle of wine but she could only buy half a bottle as they had run out . Food was disgusting. The toilets weren’t fit for purpose, only one toilet working. Taps hanging off the wall and no water at all ! Staff were rude and some embarrassed. It’s a wonder no one had food poisoning after this . I will never go back to...
Ordered breakfast sandwiches multiple times and they can be good and some times more often than not average. Been a few times where orders have been incorrect, items forgotten and sauces frequently not being put on sandwiches/breakfasts. Also, sausages are not cut in half so it makes for a messy experience especially in a butty with egg in. But they are priced reasonably, bacon is always good and the bread is good except the toast which sits somewhere between well done and burnt. Presentation lovely, food not that great ordered a breakfast only things that I could eat were the sausages beans and bacon couldn't even get a knife thrught the black pudding.Also definitely overpriced. And cold if you can't deliver food that far without it staying hot don't offer the delivery
