I ordered three items. When I came home, I realized that 1 of the articles was not in the pocket. I called the restaurant less than 10 minutes after leaving to tell them about the mistake and return to retrieve my missing food items. it must be so easy, I'm simple. Once I said that something was missing, I was told that I will put my manager on the line, then I was transferred to a woman on a handy (that was driving) who asked me some questions about my order. have they ordered in the load what is their phone number? what did they order, I answered all those who found that they only confirmed that I had actually made a purchase. no! she accused me of lying by saying that I had to load direct...
I love ordering from here the food use to be so good, but the personal is not professional at all there very rude and confrontational they no longer offer delivery services. I called and asked if they had other delivery services like Door Dash and Strauch-Hub they continued to tell me no. then I told her that they asked me on the shrub lift, if I stopped on a 5 minute stop that she picked up and say that they do the delivery through shrub lift. I ordered eating and they got my order wrong I called back and I pressed them how my order was wrong the dame was evil with me and said she couldn't do anything about it.
I will no longer be patronizing this establishment that clearly discriminates against the local community. The woman who greeted me at the front was extremely disrespectful and condescending. Despite my attempts to communicate, she refused to listen and spoke condescendingly. The man who came out was also rude. This is not the first time I have encountered their rudeness, but it was the worst and I will not be returning.
Just ordered food from Dai Kim Absolutely the worst food I ever had i called to try to get it straight and all she did was say there's no way the food is bad then I ask her what she could do to straighten it Out and all she would say is are food is good well looks like they lost another customer

The best Chinese restaurant in the area, however, I wish they would expand their Grubhub delivery service. I'm not sure if the business handles the deliveries themselves or if it's done by a Grubhub employee, but they would definitely benefit from offering delivery to Severna Park.

that's probably the worst thing I've ever ordered. super greasy, strange smell - almost as if eating had gone bad and still cooked with it, chicken wing burned and the list goes on. over $70 worth the food is extremely disappointed.

The noodles are extremely sticky and don't appear to be stirred often, but the meat is consistently very tender.
