Daily Bagel Bakery Cafe

It was my first time at this establishment and sadly my last. What was purchased was stale day old bagels! I was informed that they're made fresh every morning but hard as a rock by 7:00 AM?! There is a lack of phone etiquette, and when I presented the issue it was brushed off. My experience was less than satisfactory, I'm disappointed. please listen to your customers feedback please make fresh bagels and not sell stale food please get call waiting, it's nearly impossible to get through!

Walk-in at 7 am with nobody in the store but myself and the guy who works there and he tells me next time I need to wear a mask meanwhile we're both vaccinated. He's a sheep and there won't be a next time. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

in front of the pandemic they had these chocolate/flying cheesecake muffins, which were absolutely amazingly delicious. do they no longer make them with the original recipe and so. with broken heart? am I not eating?

I was hoping to get bagels and get out of here. workers don't even wear masks while NY rates for covid skyrocketed. it is very irresponsible even if they are vaccinated to deal with food and interact with customers. Réservez une table maintenant

is not really important what the reviews are because the business is closed. they are gone, history. the renter tries to rent the room, maybe he will eventually reopen in the future as Bagel store.

I had several orders messed up and when I tried to voice my concerns, they hung up on me. The bagels are not worth the frustration, and I won't be coming back.
